Also - I have seen many ways to calculate your RMR, AMR, BMR etc etc.
Can anybody recommend a definitive calculator for my particular goal?
I have been travelling (again) and been off training about 8 months. I have really piled on the fat!!!
I am training 4 times a week with 2 cardio sessions on the days I am not lifting.
