sandwhich turkey

Not if you are talking about the turkey lunchmeat that you get at the deli counter, It is loaded with salt. I prefer to roast a turkey breast and then slice it up for lunchmeat.

I eat it. Good stuff. Yeah, I prefer a turkey cooked in my Weber grill, but lunchmeats are certainly a tasty way to get protein. Better for you than McDonald's double-cheeseburgers I think.

i had a sandwich the other day. i was the meat, sandwiched between a light skin thai girl with a perfect perky ass on one side, and a darker skin model on the other. the things they did to the meat (and me) shouldn't be legal...or should they? amazing.

yeah, eat turkey meat. cut salt out of other parts of your diet (gatorade, french fries, and that bag of chips).

I eat them about 5 days a week. I pack 2 sandwhiches (along w/ other stuff) and take them to work w/ me and munch on them. I put 3 slices of turkey, each slice has 5g protein and 0 fat. The bread I use has 4g each slice and a slice of cheese w/ 4-5g. So each sandwhich has 27g protein and about 400 calories.

well what about that new tyson's farm deli turkey? see im just trying to get some extra calories in and such if and when i start trying to make a meal plan.. it seems i cant get the calories into lean out so i figure why not add something simple as that in.

it was my understanding that the protein in lunch meats is next to worthless, due to how highly processed it is. bogus?

You are right, you might as well eat fast food. Lots of salt, lots of added fat.

Its better to buy a turkey breast at the store, barbecue it and then slice it up for your own lunchmeat, cheaper and better for you.
