Saunas to prevent acne

Would a daily sauna be a good method to prevent acne while on cycle? I figure if I bring a gallon of water in there and stick around for an hour it might help the skin right?

Is it possible to entirely prevent acne on cycle or is that just a pipe dream?

i was actually going to post something on this, i broke out really bad on this cycle all down my arms.

Anything that will help?

sauna helps as well as tanning, anything that will help open your pores is worth a try as far as I am concerned

it helps a little. It unclogs your pores and you sweat a lot of shit out. After the suana wash your face and try putting something harsh on your skin like rubbing alcohol. It will dry your skin out but will also fry those zits. Tanning is even better.

Vitamin B-5

I was really hoping B-5 would work for me but it didn't do shit. The sauna and whirlpool help as the wirlpool chemicals dry the shit outta my skin and the sauna help sweat all the crap out. I would not spend an hour in a real sauna though. If the temp is right, you should not be able to stay in that long.

is the b-5 an ointment or actually a pill taken?

also, anything else out there that would help would be appreciated, i have a few other ideas ive gotten but still could use more.

Accutane would be your best bet imo, that is if your acne is pretty bad. If its just the odd pimple here and there, id just stick to b5, tanning and the simple stuff. Injectable or oral B5 is good.,...IMO, id use the Bcomplex injectable stuff....look for ones that are high in b12 and b5

if the pimples are jus the ones on the surface than tanning may help but if they are deeper more cystic type pimples then that would be counter productive. reason being ur body would produce more oil leading to more pore bloackages(pimples)

Agree ith SC vitamin B5, Saunas are good for keeping your pores clean, but if u already have acne, not sure if it would help

What I have learned about saunas is that it will make the acne way worse for like the first 2 weeks you use the sauna. And you have to really up your water intake a lot or else you are just sweating out pure toxins and they form into zits. Also another thing i have learned about saunas is to be careful if you are taking a lot of harsh steroids and going in the sauna a lot and doing a lot of cardio because you can get dehydrated and your body is more effected by the toxic effects of steroids and are unable to flush them out as good.

I figured this out a little while ago.
