type of results: too many variables. matters on diet, insulin levels, food intake, gear injected, your current status and goals
minimum time: again matters on goals, most people would say at least 6 months
5iu: matters on the brand. generics are all different...some stronger than others. 3iu of a stronger kind could be worth 7 iu of another

I wouldnt put any stock in grey top, blue top or whatever top being anything good. Better off with pharma grade.
