Second blood work results are in peak/trough

I've been on TRT for about three months of 100 mg of testosterone Cypionate EW without any AI or HCG.
So last week I had blood work done to try and find my peak testosterone levels. Blood was taken approximately 46 hours after injection of 100 mg of testosterone cypionate
Total testosterone 1010 ng/dl
E2 14.1

Here is my blood work I just got in and my blood was taken on the seventh day right before my injection. Looks like my estrogen is low without any AI!
I feel great the first half of the week on 100 mg but it seems like around the sixth and seventh day I feel like I have less energy and I'm tired. From the second blood work the testosterone has went down some but well within the normal range. I'm just not feeling the same by the end of the week. I know a lot of you guys do injections twice a week but for me it's just too much and I would much rather do once a week. Seems like I feel great around 1000 ng/dl but not so great around the 600 700 range.

Your estradiol is way too low (in both sets of labs). Are you sure you aren't using an AI? I think that is your problem.

You need to donate blood too. Your hematocrit is getting too high.

Are you using hCG?

No AI or HCG since my last cycle a few years back. I'm not sure why my E2 is so low?. Before trt it was only 22.1 and now on trt it's even slightly lower.

Try adding hCG. Everyone on TRT should be on hCG in my opinion.

Are you using Dim or anything to lower E2?

No absolutely nothing for estrogen control. I'm really not sure why my estrogen is so low and was hoping someone could have some insight on this. In the past when I've ran cycles my estrogen always stayed in check and I actually crashed my estrogen once only taking .25 mg adex twice a week on a 600mg cycle of test prop and D-bol. From my blood work it seems that I don't really have to worry about estrogen problems at all but I am very curious of why this is.?

I will talk with my doctor and see if he will prescribe me hCG but he's my general doctor so I'm not sure if he's up-to-date on hCG for men on trt.
