Second cycle idea, chime in plz!

this is a rough outline of what i wanna do. my first cycle was test e only. i have decided on using the test e and the Anavar (var) for sure! its a matter of choosing what to use as my kickstart.

weeks 1-3
test e 750mgs/week

weeks 1-4
Dbol 30mgs/day or M1t 10-20mgs/day

weeks 4-8
test e 500mgs/week

weeks 9-12
Test e 375mgs/week
Anavar 80mgs/day (extend for week 13 to bridge b4 pct)

weeks 1-13
Letro 0.625mgs every 4th day/ increase to every 3rd day if needed

PCT
Clomid 150/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/30/30
Letro extra on hand incase of gyno symptoms

support sups: Milk Thistle, multi vitamin, hawthorne berry extract, B12

QUESTIONS:

1- i have my mind set on Dbol or M1t.. i know some of u are thinking just stick with the Dbol since its real aas... but i think i will get more actual lean muscle from M1t.. so im in a delama between the two. help me decide ....?

2- im using the letro as my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) cuz i have heard that taking 0.625 E4thDay works great for those who want to assure no gyno problems. the letro is so low that i dought it will hinder gains... comments?

3- is my test dosing alright? is loading for the first 2-3 weeks ok, or will that be just asking for insane sides? is my tapering to lower test ok considering i want to lose some water weight/fat towards the end...

my cycle goals are:

gain 10-15lbs LEAN mass, and drop some fat.

my diet will be perfection!! :
Meal 1 (7:00AM) - MONSTER SHAKE - skim milk, protein powder, raw eggwhites, peanut butter (low sugar), frozen fruits, 200-250ml of orange juice, cup of oatmeal, 0% yogurt

Meal 2 (10:00AM) - 3 x Chicken wraps (small whole grain tortilla, boiled chicken, green peppers, hot sauce, 1 tbs of low cal bbq sauce)

Meal 3 (12:30pm) - 3 x Tuna wraps (small whole grain tortilla, canned tuna in water, green peppers, hot sauce, 1 tbs of low cal bbq sauce or mustard)

Meal 4 (3:00pm) - MONSTER SHAKE - skim milk, protein powder, raw eggwhites, peanut butter (low sugar), frozen fruits mix or banana, 200-250ml of orange juice, cup of oatmeal, 0% yogurt

Meal 5 (5:30-6:00pm) - 2 filets of tilapia fish or salmon, with a 2 cups of brown rice, steamed broccoli or spinach or esparagas

Meal 6 (8:00) - 1/2-3/4 cup of cottage cheese with 1-2tbs olive oil and pepper

Meal 7 (10:00) - Egg whites with no-salt spice and pepper, hot sauce

Meal 8 (11:00+) for nights i stay up later than expected... mini shake - protein powder, skim milk, peanut butter (low sugar)

concept is to eat a shi load of carbs all day but to stop eating them after 7:00.. thats the rule of the diet... as well as high glycemic foods can only be eaten first thing in the morning or afterworkout..

this will be the diet done throughout cycle.. for bulking i will eat bigger portions.. and when its tiem for me to get lean, i eat smaller portions..

... i am willing to make some adjustments, but im not planning on changing up the cycle dramaticly like adding or changing compounds.. i just want opinions.

alotta people say dbol at 30mg is enough to give good gains......i guess what i call good and what they call good are 2 diff things. I would go for the magic 50mg.....or i wouldnt run it.
 
im not a huge fan of fluxuating test dosage, especially to that extent

if it were my cycle i wouldnt front load or taper the test. i like the dbol for weeks 1-4, but id up the dose, and i would run the Anavar (var) weeks 5-13

you dont necessarily need both nolv and clomid for pct, id drop one and use the money on some hcg
 
i like using 50mgs of dbol also, dont know y u want to fluctuate like jackt said, 500mg a week sound good to me
 
I've never been a fan of tapering test. Keep it at a consistant dose thru of the cycle, 750mg sounds good for a 2nd cycle. I believe my second cycle was closer to 1200mg. Id increase the dbol to 40 - weeks 1-4. throw deca in there too if you can at around 500-600mg a week 1-10.

ya i did put m1t in thre as an option.. but seems to be not the right choice.

i will run the test at 2.5cc's/week.... so 625mgs..

ill do the dbol at 40-50mgs/day from weeks 1-4... but are u sure i should run the Anavar (var) right after from weeks 5-13?... shouldnt i leave my liver a break for couple of weeks?
 
yea i see what you're saying but Anavar (var) is pretty mild on the liver and running it for only 3 weeks won't do much for u

weeks 9-13...thats 5 weeks.. mybe i should turn it into 6 weeks?.. so from 8-13 @ 80mgs/day of var

id run the test at 600-750 straight thru... Tapering will do some weird things with your levels id imagine..

weeks 1-12
Test e 625mgs(2.5cc's)/week

Weeks 1-4
40-50mgs Dbol/day

Weeks 9-13 (5 weeks)
Var 80mgs/day

weeks 1-13

maybe: Nolva 40/40/20/20

i dont understand why ppl say dont use nolva... its scary not having any nolva should i get it anyways..

and is it cool for me to low dose letro since i have a small amount of gyno. and i would want it to increase.

i'm no expert but the test dosing is all over the place... there's no need to run nolva and clomid.. and m1t is like rat poison. i think my liver is still angry at me from doing it 5 years ago.

yeah no need to do both clomid and nolva and my liver is doing some crazy shit right now it could be from the m1t. plus as i remember correctly the government banned the productions of m1t in 2004!
