Second Cycle - Test E (Lean Bulk or Cut)

Looking for some advice for my second cycle.. first cycle was Sus250 for 12 weeks and all went fine, since then I've gained some body fat not from lack of training just eating more crap.
Current Stats:

Weight: 190
Height: 5"8
26 Years Old
Body fat 15-20% not 100% sure because once I get above 15% I don't see much abs unless in REALLY good lighting.. but still getting some alright vascularity when pumped, my last cycle I was around 12% and didn't get any gyno.

I've got PCT, A.I and already started pinning (Done One so far) just wondering if I should cut or bulk this cycle.. I know my body fat isn't the lowest, but I'll be lean/clean bulking.
So yeah some advice from some of the experienced members who might have been in similar place as me would be great, should I cut for the next 18 weeks (Cycle + PCT) or lean/clean bulk trying to not gain much fat but a fair bit more muscle.

Reason I'm asking (I already pinned so I should already have this figured out right?) and I did but now I've got tons of gym mates saying Cut and the others saying Bulk so I'm confused as hell!

Thanks

Why not save the gear, do a cut until you get down to 10-12% and then do a nice lean bulk - you'll get much better results.

I've already started pinning no idea why I said ready to start I apologize, yeah I had original plans to bulk the whole time, lean bulk of course but a few different people have been saying, you should cut and other's say bulk because it's harder to gain muscle natty so why not just cut natty and bulk with AAS.

So I only just did my first pin the other day I still would have time to choose bulk/cut, just came here for advice from experienced people rather than my gym mates.
Probably should have waited like you said, but giving that I've already started pinning should I continue with bulk or you think cut the whole 18 weeks and get 10% or lower?

In that case and with a BF% approx 20%, aim for a very lean bulk 200-300clas above maintenance, keep your workout intensity high as well as your protein intake. You'll probably end up with a decent recomp that way.

Thanks MBB, I got my fat percent reading done the other day and it was 17% by Calipers and 15% by handheld machine, not sure how accurate either of those are.
In the mirror I can see some lots of veins when pumped like in my arms and delts mainly. Just lack of abs unless in really good lighting. So not 100% sure if 20% approx but I'm sure it's between 15-20%. and will try the lean bulk to recomp :)

A recomp is definitely the best approach as you really don't want to do a bulk beyond 15%. But if you train hard and structure your calories well there's no reason you want gain LMM whilst still dropping BF%. Good luck.

Mate of mine has done a fair few cycles, he said the same thing is you.. but he said add Tren in the mix it would help with the recomp even futher? do you agree.

Yes I know sides can be harsh and not recommended and likely not going to do it :) but just wondered if you agree'd the Tren would be even better for my goal.

It may well be, but not for your second cycle.

If you were going natty I'd recommend a cut, but you may as well put all that extra test to use and recomp. Not recommending a bulk though at your current BF% due to excess aromatization and sides. But if you structure your diet right you could have a decent recomp. You should hit up 3J for a diet, if anyone can give you a successful recomp it's him.

Thanks mate, I've heard good things about 3J. ;)
My question was more, wouldn't I technically look better after 18 weeks of cutting? since I'd be a lot leaner than even a successful recomp correct?

Also the Test would preserve muscle correct if I was cutting? I'm going to go with the recomp, just asking if It helps because some say it helps keep muscle and others say barely. (On 500mg of Test-E per week)
