Can cyber and hushmail read between each other or can they only read cyber to cyber and hushmail to hushmail?

They encrypt natively to each other because Cyber-Rights is based on Hushmail, Cyber-Rights or Hushmail to other services will not be encrypted, it will only block your IP/hostname information.

Ziplip at some point stopped doing that and was sending out your IP address with your emails which was a long long time ago, I dont know if they took that away or not.

I use GnuPG
http://www.gnupg.org/
It is cross platform and if you look into it there is probably a plug-in for your email client. This way you can send encrypted email to anyone anywhere regardless of what service they use.

It's pretty great.
