Seekin Help For My Wife - Ladies Please Help (Esp Supergirl)

Inject and Conquer
Hello All,

I need help with my wife. She has been working out regularly for 2 years now and has dropped down quite a good amount of weight, but now she has hit a dead end and has been struggling to loose some excess fat on the thighs and tummy. She is anxious about using anavar to cut down the excess fat and to loose more weight and to tone down. Currently she is 119lbs and her height is 5'4''. She works out regularly, mostly cardio but no weight training.

My questions to you are as follows:

1) Will 2.5mg anavar each day for 6 weeks give good results? I do not want her to start off with more than 2.5mg since this will be her 1st time using aas.

2) Will she need to do her post cycle therapy (pct) after the 6 weeks? If so, then what do you recommend in her case? I did read in one of supergirl's posts that St. John's Wart for depression and Nolvadex for Estrogen Rebound might be needed. But in her case with such low dosage do you think Nolvadex is required? If so, then what dose do you recommend?

I really need your help with this and I would appreciate any feedback from all the professional ladies out there.

Thanks in advance.

im not a woman but in order to lose the fat on those areas weight training is MUST that best combination to tone up any part of the body and good diet she doesnt even need to take the anavar

get her to start doing some weight training... she'll definately see some improvements doing weighted ab exercises, squats, leg extensions, leg curls, hip abductions, etc...

Agreed about the weight training advice..Thanks...But would appreciate any feedback from the women as well based on their personal experience!!!! Ladies?? Anyone???

No experience doing anavar but before trying Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) she should get her training right. Get her on a weight regimen and she will tighten up.

I suggest at least 4 days a week........she'll see tightning up in 6-8 weeks if not sooner. And keep her diet clean.

Then come back and talk AAS.

I do like your starting dosages however....at least you aren't going crazy.

just curious... how is her diet.. does she consume alot of refined carbs/sugars, etc.. has she had bloodwork done (to check thyroid/blood sugar, etc)? what kind of foods (carb/fat/protein ratios) is she consumming--and how often is she eating.. does she drink enough water? everything needs to be considered.. so many factors can bring u to a plateau type of scenario.

if she's craving sugar or refined foods or just too many carbs and she is craving them or always seemingly hungry..taking something to help with glucose tolerance factor might help... ie: ALA, diabetic blood sugar formulas usually contain this.. also chromium, fenugreek, bitter melon.. etc. i found that these helped me a great deal..

at the same time it's a good idea to re-examine how she is training (doing a circuit of weights would definitely help to start.. she doesn't have to jump into free weights).. how much cardio is she doing how often.. and what time of day (in the morning? on empty stomach?)

perhaps if she eats like a saint, she needs to incorporate cheat meals to boost metabolism?..

i only recently added some of the above herbs to help with insulen insensitivity (and thus fat burning is more efficient and boosted). i also re-examined my diet (when i was eating what carbs, what fats and how much, etc), and i busted through my plateau like it was nothing..

i make a point of having regular but unscheduled cheat days now (staggering calories).. and i switch up my training regularly in a number of ways. i also have a tendancy to overtrain (which can rend the same results)..

u probably have all this covered.. but i thought i'd mention it.. i think all of these factors should be considered before considering aas.. if they are not rectified, she will never lose that stubborn last bit of abdominal fat/water.

i have the same problems.. i have used anavar as well.. i never had any problems coming off of it (i've never used post cycle therapy (pct) after a cycle of just anavar). i've done much larger doses.. but everyone is different... it's best not to make assumptions with aas.. and best to start off at a very conservative dose and titrate up slowly after she can observe her reaction on the drug. also.. it's a good idea for her to have base blood work done one way or other so that if blood work is off in the future.. she will have an idea if it had anything to do with aas, etc. i haven't covered everything i can think of here.. and i don't want to go on about it, as u may have already considered these things and are only interested in info on anavar/post cycle therapy (pct)...

but u'r asking in the right section as far as advice goes.. there are sum ladies here that are far more knowledgable than i on aas/post cycle therapy (pct) in general. miss muscle as always.. :) and supergirl is also very knowledgable.. somewhere on here she has a post on women's post cycle therapy (pct) issues.. good read.

:)

Thanks for all your help people...you have all been very helpful..appreciate it.

If she doesn't and/or never has used weights why would you even consider such a thing. Besides anavar won't make you lose fat, thats all in her diet and cardio.

Ok my girl has used anavar at much higher doses similar to what I am sure Evangeline has used. It is a great drug for women to use my itself as it is also great stacked with primo 50mg a week with anavar at 10mg a day.

Anyway, Immu for your girl I would have her hit the weights hard and make sure her diet is in check as well as workouts. Can you make a list of what her workouts are 1 and 2 what her diet is like and how hard is she really hitting the gym. I mean is she working out with you and really cranking it for an hour and hitting cardio 3 times a week? Seriously it is most important to get workout and diet in tip top shape like 5-6 meals a day lots of protein and good sleep. Post some before and after pics....doesn't have to be "gym" pics but lets see how much she really wants this. It really is all about mentally getting to where she personally wants to be and not what you want her to be. Just my thought is why is she not posting on here...? She should be..get her a name and avatar and get her involved.
Ok....use the anavar but no less than 5 mg a day for 6-8 weeks up it to 10-15 mg a day if she can handle it. Be carefull she will be really horny!! :)
I say toss the anavar in asap and get her hitting the weights asap!!

Let me understand this, your girlfriend has never weighttrained and we are putting her on anavar? I trained 17 years nat. before using aas. Anavar isn't a shortcut to weightloss. hit the weights, do the cardio, tighten up the diet. Even more if you are already doing all three. I just can't in good concience tell someone to simply use anavar who has never weight trained. This is my opinion, others will disagree, and I mean no disrespect to anyone.

Cool..appreciate all the honest feedback from everyone...especially evangeline and gymlion77....u guys have been very helpful...will get her to start weight training and keep her diet in check as well...thanks

Agree with the majority here. get her on the weights and shell see results. Even circuit training with weights would be a good place to start.
