Fat loss help for 46yr old woman

I am looking for some help. I am new here. Doing my first anavar cycle, 3 weeks in and 3 more to go. I weigh 140lb 5'2. I am eating a very clean diet around 800cal/day. I weight train 4 days per week. I do 45mins-hr of cardio 5x a week. My weight has plateaued and wont budge. Not sure if I should add in another supplement, or what I can do to help with fat loss?
 
A few questions:

What is your body fat %?

What type of weight lifting do you do?

What are your diet macros?

How long have you been at 800 calories per day for?

How long have you been in a caloric deficit for?



Comment: anavar is Anabolic -- for building muscle mass. It isn't going to help you lose fat in the short-term.
 
I am doing split training Mon and Thursdays upper, Tues and Friday legs/lower. I have been at a caloric deficit for 3 weeks. My BMI is 26. I am aware anavar helps build and maintain muscle and is especially good during caloric deficit. Not positive what my macros are?
 
Soluble fat drinks and mct oil has been proven to aid in fat loss along with a lean diet.
