I want to start of by saying thank you in forward for anyone that takes time to give any kind of adivice. After looking at various first cycles i decided to go with straght test for my beggining. I feel its the safest and loading up without anything else would decrese posibility of severe symptoms.
-Plan on using 500mg(250mg 2/week) of Testosterone Enanthate/10weeks
_what do you recomend for pct while on this?

Week 12-13-14 ... Nolvadex 20mg each day
Week 15-16 ... Nolvadex 10mg each day
(I know many people will try and push me away from this first cycle and recommend to just eat eat eat! please, im set on this so just help me out, place yourself in my position)

_I have done my research and lots of reading to get educated about the gear and the pct. i want to state that im aware my diet needs to be legit in order to get any result so feel free to post a strict plan if you have while im on the gear. I eat 6 meals a day trying to push at least 25 grams of protein per meal. I consume most of my carbs around my work out.
_ I have been in this form of weight stuck for god knows how long, perhaps one of those people with a high metabolism that just can't gain the mass (some would consider lucky>BULL**<) I have been working out hard for just over 2 years and i only gained 10 lbs over the last year. My weight is going up slowly but my strength is getting weaker.
_I want to point out that im a extremly active person i run and play sports a lot ontop of my gym.
_My goal would be to gain 20lbs but we all know that isn't going to happen. If i can keep 10 or 15 i'd be happy on my first cycyle.
