senas23's transformation log

Day 2 of p90x-shoulders and arms- I just had a delicious protein shake all 60gms of it!

I definitely see a change in my body. This diet plan is not joke. I turned down cookies and pizza:thumbsdow. I can not give in.

I keep telling myself that eating sweets and junk food is just a temporary satisfaction. Eating healthy is a lifestyle change.

I did my 5th pin yesterday. This is day 21. No new improvements. I just don't feel weird like I did. Frustrated1 informed me it may be Testosterone Flu..

I need to check my blood pressure today. I thought it was my blood sugar..it used to get low and I get dizzy ect, but that was not the case.

what did you mean to say there, looks like it got cut off

We've had a few pm's, so it sounded fragmented, but I understood it just fine. He was feeling a little odd. It could have been his body adjusting to the new T. In any event, if anybody ever feels a little off, I highly recommend getting your blood pressure checked. And his checked out good.

Sensa,
I feel like an idiot...don't know how I missed this thread. I think a lot of what we feel is thrown off by the huge expectations we have when starting a protocol. I've never felt the "kick" many talk about, it's about the improvements "you" don't notice but the people around you do! The people close to you will see the changes in your mood, your physique, your life choices.
Stay focused, stay on the forums....your a step ahead of me with your diet plan (that is fucking awesome btw) I'll be following your progress. Keep your dick up!!!!

LOL ccpro! hilarious! Thanks man!

I feel like crap today actually..real lethargic. I honestly wish my anxiety would just go away. I know it's holding me back.

I do understand that part where you explained not feeling a "kick". I think the first improvement I would like to see changed is my mood. I want more energy Like my earlier teen years. I feel like an old man and I'm in my mid 20s! Girls don't want a lethargic "Oh lets just stay home, and watch The Golden Girls(not a porno)..Kind of guy" Or "No thanks sex doesn't interest me". It's sad really. Ok I'm lying I love sex and I always think about it! I will never say that when the opportunity arises..ever!

I was having semi erections for a few days. Now I'm getting none. I think I may be one of those that can run without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I remember my doc(no longer my doctor) would always say estrogen is within range, but testosterone needed work. I will see in another week when I get my blood work done.

i have no idea if this would help or not since i'm new to this and don't know much. about the tiredness and being lethargic, would b12 shots help with this? i thought one of the benefits of b12 was that it's an energy booster see what others say and maybe just research it incase or ask Chip's team for more info

I think you're right, username. Which reminded me to take my vitamin b12.. I haven't taken them in almost a week. I bought a canda bottle of b12 inject off of eBay.. not sure if it is human grade.. but I know its pharm grade. I have never used it.. had it for more than a year and I think it expires this year.

This was one of the issues I mentioned to Chip when I signed up with Maximus. Steve from Maximus added B-12 in pin form to my protocol in the form of Cyanocobalamin. My dosage will be 1000 MCG's, three pins a week opposite of where I pin my Test.

Steve asked me about it also but, it wasn't discussed in my initial discussion with Chip so I think we're going to start me off without it. I wonder if I'll need it, I hate feeling tired makes me feel lazy so I'm guessing I need to get ready for it incase I start feeling tired. Does Maximus supply the b12 for you? Or did you get it elsewhere?

Recovering from food poisoning. I had to work a 9 hour shift, so I was running back and fourth to the toilet.. it was horrible. I even threw up in the bushes, at first it wouldn't come out..

Im going to test next week, I have a feeling my testosterone is too high. I have no erections ect.

Might be what it is. The body is trying to maintain balance and is producing more estrogen to try to get to that balance.

Nice log Sensa. Enjoyed reading everything so far. Very motivational bro.

Food poisining sucks.

A blood test will tell all. I think that estrogen is the hardest to dial in. I've been aromatising like a blow fish. I've read that low E will make your joints ache, starting with the wrist.

Feeling a lot better. I lost about 10 pounds due to not being able to stomach my food. That was the 2nd time I have had food poisoning. The last time was about 4 years ago. It seems like it always happened at work.. I ate some Superbowl wings and I found out they weren't all cooked thoroughly. :(

Although the last time I had food poisoning was due to a tuna dinner. Oh my god I felt like i was going to die. This time it was bad, but I was able to work my 10 hour shifts..

My left foot is numb on the top about mid section to my big toe. It doesn't hurt, but I find that to be odd. May be the side effects from my protocol? It's not my whole foot. I need to find a new doctor so I will probably get it checked out.

I'm more of an ignore it and it will get better type of person. I know that's bad, but I will get it checked out. I remember one instance.. I was in pain for 2 weeks, barely able to get out of bed, but I worked. Then I was walking with a cane(at home), did I mention that I was in my mid 20s? So I told myself to go to the doctor's, because these natural remedies(thought I had kidney stones-Lemon juice, vinegar apple cider) are not working. So I got there and I started to feel better.. I spent over 200 for nothing..

My supervisor(female) went through the same type of pain.. She said that she would rather be in labor than to ever go through pain like I mentioned again.. That's saying a lot! lol
