for those who have there own days for arms? have u been finding that your gains have been better then say . doing bi and tri's on different days with say chest and back? or do u think that doing arms on there own day is best? thanks

I currently do not, but when i did do them on the same day it worked well. Even tho i dont care about a "pump", doing them together created a great one. I do tri's with shoulders now.

I did bis/forearms and tris on different days for over 13 years. It worked well, but nothing like when I started supersetting them on the same day. The gains were much much better. But that's me.

Everyone's weekly split is usually so different. It really depends on what exercises your doing for the other body parts. Obviously your bis and tris are getting hit on other days.

Strategically, I now place my arm day the day after legs and then do a rest day. That way i've provided enough separation between the arm day and the back shoulder chest workouts. I do however hit forearms twice a week though. Timing wise, this is the absolute best way to get those guns huge.

I do Chest shoulder, tri then back and bi the next day, then legs, then a day JUST for arms and the next day is off. Works great and really brought up my arms.

i rarely do any direct bi work occasionally il do some curls for girls..
heavy BB rows are more stimulating for the bi's then doing curls with 90 lbs

tris get destroyed with board presses

I do bi's with chest and tri's with shoulders, if you have lagging arms a seperate day can be good.IMO

I like training the bis and tris on the same day. I used to train chest/tri and back/bi and find that when I train them the same day it is more beneficial.

I do Back, with one set of hammer curls on incline, and i do chest, tri's,shoulders with one set of close grip and weighted dips, and a set of lateral raises for shoulders

I believe this is the first time we disagree. For some this may be true. For me it wasnt. Did heavy rows and bench thinkin that arms wuld be stimulated by the poundages. What i got were arms that fell behind. I then had to hit em on specific days.

Ur right though that for some BB rows wuld stimulate the bis.
