shock week?

question, i want to throw in a shock week to obscure my muscle's familiarity with my current work out. I'm going for a high rep high output week.

question is do you guys think I can benefit off this below to shock and maybe get a little gain.

mon- chest and bi's 15 12 10 10 rep range of 4 sets

tues- back and tri's

weds- legs and shoulders

thurs- chest and bi's

fri-back and tri's

sat-legs and shoulders

I plan on staying high rep high output so figured I could double it up for 1 week.

following that weeks conclusion i was going to revert back to my single part heavy training regiment.
