What's go'n on guys

I'm new to this game and just getting started so a little help and advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm loolking to get a crimper, a scale, and determine a efficient effect means of filteration (vaccum Vs. Whatman). So my question is:

What crimper is the best/cost efficient? and where do I get it?
What scale is the best/cost efficient? and where do I get it?
What filteration system is better? and why?

Thank-you

Standard crimper $99 is the best I've seen.

As for a scale, I got mine for $25 but it only does 200g at a time.

$45+ will get you a scale with a larger capacity, depends what you are doing.

Filtration system? A standard luer lock filter will last around 100ml if you dont over pressurize it and blow it out. $4+ unless you buy in volume.

Unless you have money to burn or are doing very high volume work I dont really see the need to get fancy with filtration systems and such. If you want to feel geeky though, go for a vacuum setup.

If your going to buy a crimper, your probably doing high volume work. Without assuming anything further, you might want to get a flip-top cimper. They run a bit more than the standard crimpers.

Vacuum filtration will save time, but is almost completely unessesary unless you plan on doing large amounts of gear often. The cost and complication of the setup, though not crazy by any means, isnt justified IMO to save a few minutes. They are both just as good as far as an end result is concerned though.
