Okay so i have one of the worst anxiety cases, i boxed 2years ago and because of it i stopped.So i try to do my little pushups at home to get ripped again.So here are my questions ↓
1. What can i eat every day that will give me the protein that i need equivalent to steroids? i need to know this because i want to eat foods to get the protein first before i start taking pills.
2. What are some good beginner roids ?
3. Im not looking to get myself big from the protein of the roids or the foods, im just trying to get a tiny bit of muscle definition and then ill stop.
