Short story but i need help

Okay so i have one of the worst anxiety cases, i boxed 2years ago and because of it i stopped.So i try to do my little pushups at home to get ripped again.So here are my questions ↓

1. What can i eat every day that will give me the protein that i need equivalent to steroids? i need to know this because i want to eat foods to get the protein first before i start taking pills.

2. What are some good beginner roids ?

3. Im not looking to get myself big from the protein of the roids or the foods, im just trying to get a tiny bit of muscle definition and then ill stop.

looking to get ripped again with 17% body fat, thanks in advance .

Your ONLY two thoughts right now should be
1. Clean up my diet (see the diet forum)
2. Get a workout plan in place.

I am a believer roids should be saved for the time you reach your full potential natty or if you have some type of deficiency.

Fwiw: 17% is far from ripped. You may be big, you may even look ok but I would define ripped > 10%

no i was saying im at a 17% body fat and im looking for a lower percentage, so i can get ripped again

ok i misunderstood. In any event go to the diet forum. Read 3J's sticky, figure out your BMR/TDEE (in post 1) read his sample diets, formulate your diet around that. You need to do cardio the more the better. Also start a lifting routine if you can.
