Should I add clen?

So I already posted this in the weight loss forum, but after no response I figure I'll get one here. Sorry if I'm breaking rules... Just looking for some help

Whats up fellas,

So I have been on a cut for about 3 weeks now. I finished bulking, did PCT and waited over a month so I could retain this new found muscle. So far so good... But, I can't seem to cut any fat!

I train at least 5 times a week. I do weights for about an hour, and cardio for 20+ minutes immediately after. I do my weights at around 3 sets of 8-10 with maybe 70% max, about three lifts/body part. I do back/bi, chest/tri, and legs/shoulders. I generally do my cardio on a stair stepper or treadmill/eliptical.

My diet is pretty well in check. I eat REAL close to a 40c/40p/20f ratio, and I eat 5 times a day almost everyday. Also, I am consuming just under 2000cal/day (Gross cals) and then I burn about 400 or so on lifting days.

I am getting frustrated, and may turn to clen, unless someone else here can advise me on what to do. Also, it may be possible that I am still gaining a bit of muscle, and losing weight... Though I seriously doubt I am gaining in a deficit.

I used a caliper I bought at GNC just now to check my Bf so I don't know if it's accurate, but it was 20%

For the record, I just looked at the pics on the site referenced in a sticky on the "burning the fat" forum... I would say based on these pics I am closer to 15% or so. I knew this plastic POS was a bad buy...
 
Simply put....no. at that high of bodyfat clen isn't as effective and clen is also over rated IMO. If you diet is clean then you may need to cut some calories. losing weight is mostly about eating clean, having your diet in check, and eating a claorie defficiant diet.

Have you been to the diet section? post up your stats with you typical diet and have 3J check it out for you. dude is like the mad scientist when it comes to that shit and it will definately help.

Ya scratch the clen. It's all around just bad for your health. You can do more with diet and cardio anyway. Can't be relying on substances to do the work for us...
 
Ox... Maybe you didn't read my post? I do diet and cardio. My shit is on point.

Not to be rude here bro but if its on point then why are you at 15- 20% bf? As I said before, scratch the clen and stick with your diet and cardio.....or do the clen and find out for yourself.
 
Because its on point now, but it wasn't for several years. And also my bulk fattened me up a bit.
