Should I self medicate on a AI for high E2 or wait...

I recently found out I've high e2 157pmol. testosterone is 22.7 nmol/l,
FSH is 5.0mIU,
LH 5.6 mIU/ml

I've had a full blood count test which all came back normal. However I haven't tested on cortisol, dhea, shbg, dht progesterone and aldosterone

So I wanted to know if it would be a good idea to wait to get everything else checked out or start on a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) immediately? And also what Aromatase inhibitor (AI) would be best and what dose considering I'm no expert on these things? Is Reversitol V2 good Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or are OTC supps like that a waste of time?

My Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) doctor said he could give me another injection but wouldn't supplement it with a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) so I'm waiting to get referred to another endo and hopefully lowering my e2 will just be another without going on injections again.

My symptoms are fatigue, brain fog, short term memory loss, headaches, dry skin and low libido. Do you think lowering e2 will absolve these symptoms?

Thanks

If you live in the states, you should entrust yourself to maximus Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and deal with actual experts that know what they are doing. A "doctor" that will pump you full of test, yet not give you an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to control your estrogen stress.....? He should have his license stripped.

Sadly I live in the uk where this kind of treatment is the standard otherwise I would get in contact with you guys as seem very clued up
