Should I Start Taking my Adex Now?

I had my first jab this mornin. Doin test e for 10 weeks. I've been told to start taking my Adex two weeks into my cycle becuase the test doesn't kick in straight away but then I read you should start taking it every other day from the start of your cycle. Also what dosage should it be? I read .05 and then I read .25? Bit confusing. :S
