Should I stop taking hcG, stop trt altogether?

Was your SHBG low prior to starting TRT? There seems to be a difference between low SHBG as a result of androgen use and naturally low SHBG. Guys with low natural SHBG often seem to respond less well to TRT for reasons that are not completely understood or agreed upon.

Very true.
At natty baselines Mine is 29 nmol/l without Adex and 23 nmol/l with adex....
Dont know if that's "low"...
Range is 16-53 nmol/l

Yes....I do have a 2 month old. I agree that it is stressful, but I wouldn't give him up for anything. Good memory appolon!

All I know is that when I first went on TRT afrer being off it for a while I felt the worst anxiety ever....
I was dosing adex eod like when I was natty and I must have crashed my estrogen. I could feel vicious anxiety and when sitting down to eat my heart would pound and I would get up from meal....
I was taking my test at 160 mg E7Ds as well. I backed off the adex and it helped some but the twice weekly dosing really levelled things out for me.
I remember you told me of this side effect with heart pounding. I could only wind down with exhausting myself in gym...

I tested shbg for the first time around 3 to 4 months into my trt. Shbg is always flagged low around 13 - 16. I've read about trt problems with low shbg persons. Alot of those guys have shbg ranges in the low single digits, like 6 or 8. Maybe I got too much free-t floating around, I don't know. The more I think about it, the less is more approach sounds appealing. I'm gonna drop the hcG AND the adex for awhile and see if things improve. I'm gonna continue with cyp at either 60 or 70 mg e4d. Hopefully, this will resolve the problems I am having

I doubt the adex was doing anything for you at E8Ds dosage.
I would go 60 mg E3D. Or E4D...

When I tried arimidex, I took .25mg and felt like that...extreme anxiety for 3-5 days. I would just stop taking the arimidex and see how you feel.

I agree. Go back to basics and try to get your TRT to a minimal protocol to see if your anxiety goes away. Drop the hCG. Try and lowering your Test dose to 50mg every 3.5 days (easier to remember than every 4 days). No adex.

You might want to get some DIM and keep it on hand should your E2 get a little too high.

Give it a couple of months to see if your anxiety lessens.

I am new to TRT and started with test cyp, HCG, and adex. I got severe anxiety in a days, along with a slew of other sides. After a month of trying to tweek it with the Dr, we have since dropped HCG and adex. I am doing 28mg test cyp EOD, or about 200mg per two weeks. The experience has been MUCH better since dropping the HCG and adex.

You need to start simple.

All that Adex and HCG crap just complicates a protocol.
It's not psychological. ..
I don't care what anyone says. If you think about this logically. Let's say you take for example 50 mg of Test 2 times a week and that puts your TT at 900 ng/dl.
You throw in HCG and start feeling its energizing effect...
All I'm saying is people who were hypo before...
It is quite a change to the body...
Some ppl can adjust but most ppl wind down their doses over time....

I felt pretty wired when first hoping on TRT with HCG and adex.
It needs tweaking. There is no one protocol for all like many docs use.
I'm a firm believer in starting with low doses till you know how your body reacts to the agent.
Most ppl who dont feel the benefits of TRT are either taking too much, aromatizing too much, or have that low SHBG issue.

He takes 0.25 mg Adex every 8 days.
I don't think its the adex in this circumstance. He very well might be having estradiol rebound effects.

In your case it looks like you did not need the Adex.
Are you on TRT only, divided twice weekly shots?
Are you fairly lean?

I wouldn't call me lean... I am 194lbs at 5'11" approximately 15 percent body fat according to the 3 site caliper method, but I think I am closer to 18 percent really because I still have some love handles. Also I am twice weekly shots testosterone only at 60mg per shot.

I was on 58mg twice weekly for about 2.5 months and was about 800 TT at trough after about two months. However, I tested at work last saturday, and that is 16 hours after I took a shot of 58mg and TT was only 767. So, I upped it to 60mg starting yesterday. E2 is usually 38-42 at trough. I don't test in the middle, only trough usually, but I was alone in chemistry on saturday, so I tested myself...don't need anyone else seeing a out of range testosterone level on me in case it was, know what I mean? (:

So how long will it take before my balls start to shrink? I'm a little nervous about it. Last hcG dose was July 13th. Also, if i decide to hop back on hcg in a few months, will they enlarge again? Lastly, will stopping hcg for 2 or 3 months hinder my chances of having a successful HPTA restart if i ever choose to do so?

Explain estradiol rebound effect please, and how I might be experiencing it
Well...
Past 50 hours lets even say 72 hours max....adex isn't active past that and the drug is basically eliminated from your system...every day after that from the 4th day on with no Adex estradiol climbs til your body eventually (if it does) stabilizes.
