My doc switched me from arimidex to Letrozole because of headaches. I'm afraid to take the Letrozole from fear of crashing my estrogen. My E2 is in the 45-75 range. What is the bare minimum dosage for Letrozole on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? 2 x 100mg of test cyp per week

Please dear god! Be careful! I took letro for about a 4 month stretch while on....I met this girl. Boom. I magically learned that it takes three weeks to get a complete and lasting erection after you've gone overboard with letro.

Thanks for the warning! What was your dosage?

All AIs are dose dependent and all 3 can bring your e2 down to 0. Letrozole is 2.5mg and would be compared to adex on a mg/mg basis. It's actually very cheap compared to adex considering you get 2.5 times the mg and they are equipotent imo.

Most research has been done with Arimidex(anastrozole) and would be the best for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for that reason. Headaches will not stem from a specific expression caused by Anastrozole, the problem is something else. Get bloods and check your hematocrit.

What is hematocrit's role in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? Will it affect ED? I recently got on Arimidex and the doctor has me on 1mg/day... I took 1mg on the first day and noticed I was getting light headed, so I didn't take any on the 2nd day, and on the 3rd day I took only 0.25mg, and now I think i'm just gonna do 0.25mg EOD... I started Arimidex because my E2 was like 72... Reference is 7.9 - 42. I thought that was the reason I'm having ED, but now... I'm just completely ED... Is it because of Arimidex or hematocrit??
