I WAS TOLD BY SOME THAT TAKING MORE THAN 1CC A WEEK IS JUST A WASTE UNLESS YOUR DOING THIS COMPETITIVELY!! I STARTED OUT WEIGHING 155 AND 3 MONTHS LATER I'M ALMOST 190 RIPPED...... I JUST HAVE THE URGE TO GET BIGGER FASTER........ SO, SHOULD I JUST KEEP TO THE 1CC A WEEK OR BOOST UP TO 2CC?????
