Should we carry IGF-1 Des?

Should we carry IGF-1 Des?
Title says it all, should we carry IGF-1 Des?
Who would be interested?

Here is a little bit of info on it:
Lr3IGF-1 was designed artificially to resist binding (deactivation) as is DES 1-3
The DES 1-3 analog has a much lower affinity for IGF binding proteins (IGFBP) than IGF-1. Multiple studies have shown this.
DES 1-3 has "approximately 10-fold more potent than IGF-1 at stimulating hypertrophy and proliferation of cultured cells" vs. endogenous IGF-1, due to DES 1-3's lack of affinity for IGFBPs.***8221;

Here is a link to the Long version of this for more info on IGF-1 Des if you are interested: http://www.steroidology.com/forum/r...on-should-we-carry-igf-1-des.html#post3025122

So do you think we should carry this?

Yay or Nay?

Is it true that LR3 has a systemic effect while DES primarily affects the muscles its injected in? So i guess if im injecting Lr3 subQ in my stomach im fine but if i do the same with DES ill have that huge Ronnie Coleman Gut???

No this is a myth,
BOTH have a systemic effects and POSSIBLY some small effect where injected in test subjects, but it would be so minimal it would not be noticed, the swelling of the muscle due to irritation I feel is what some see in some of the lab tests that have gone on.
The thing is with DES its it MUCH shorter lasting in blood, but better then old school IGF-1 in terms of receptor binding.
There is ALOT of back and forth on how des is better for site grow, but this is all forum posts with NO studies.
Look at it like this:
If the spot on the test subject that is injected into has a chance to bind to receptor there (site growth) it will, if not I will be moving along to the blood then ether used or excreted out of body, REGARDLESS if its DES or LR3.

Now for the Ronnie comment: It can happen with BOTH.
There are ALOT more igf receptors in the intestines/gut than most of the rest of the human body. So watch out for it.

And just a note: WE DO NOT sell ANY sort of peptide for human use, this is for researchers.

Hope that helps :-)

Is it true that if you mix your IGF1 with Bacteriostatic water it makes it useless? It only works if you mix it with acetic acid? For my research i just mixed 1mg of the igf1LR3 with 1 ml of bacteriostatic water? Does this mean i destroyed it?

Bac water is fine. No clue how that myth ever got started.

bac water is ok if your going to use it up fast. with a 0.5-o.7% AA solution shelf live is greatly extended. the ph balance plays a role in that.

Id not say ruined, but I would not use straight bac water for my igf1lr3 mixing.

It means instead of having a 3-4month shelf life before alot of it degrading, now you have like a month to use it. faster if you could.

I hope your keeping it in the fridge right?
if not then you have done not very well in regards to mixing and storage.
bac water is usualy whats used for igf-1 (des and stright igf-1) because its used so often and fast. while 1mg of igf1lr3 usually lasts alot longer unless your using a massive amount.

next time use a AA solution.
DONT keep it in freezer, keep it in fridge.

I agree with this. I rec an AA solution.

I would love for someone to finally show me some proof on this. Is there any clinical studies you can post up?

direcly saying AA extends life .. no.
studies showing keeping a ph balance (aa could cause) in solution with igf, yes.
but I have to look its been a while since Iv seen it.

so if I reconstituted it with BA should I keep IGF 1 lr3 in the refrigerator or in the freezer? What about IGF 1 DES? Same story?

I just dont see much use for igf-1 des, its just not long acting enough to be useful.

OOPS.. i Just realized this post got bumped yesterday from back in march.

long acting dosn't seem to matter its not like aas.
HGH use only lasts about 20min per shot mate.
but once cells are told "the message" the chain reaction then starts and lasts a while. at least that's what I have gotten from recent research but I'm not a vet like some of these guys so I hope I am on point here.
The first thing I thought is that hgh is short also in durations and yet has allot of effects still.
