Hey guys, quick question for ya. I saw John Cena on TV last night. I know I know he's a wrestler, but he's in pretty good shape. Anyway he buys one weeks worth of meat and eggs, wich comes out to 35 lbs. of meat, and I think 7 dozen eggs. For one week! I can see a dozen eggs no yolks for breakfast, but that's like 5 pounds of meat a day!! Does that seem a little much to you guys? Or am I way off here?
Thanks

thats a fuckin lot according to my meat calculator. What was he on tv for?

yeah I bet he was just trying to show off. I picked up 5 pounds of meat at the store today and laughed. There's no way! On top of shakes and carbs and everything else.
I could see 2 or 3 pounds maybe.
Anyway just checkin with you "big" guys to make sure I'm not way out of the loop. hehe

It was some show about wrestling. It was before Cena was famous, he was trying out for the WWF. Showed him onstage at a BB contest. he was bigger then.

Cool. Thanks!

I eat a hell of a lot of food when I am bulking and I don't think that I consume 5lbs of meat a day--you still need vegetables to help digest all of that, 5lbs sounds like a ridiculous exaggeration.

Seems high but possible for a week or two...you can probably gain alot of weight doing it for a week then going back to normal. If on HGH(IGf) then eating so much will result in looking pregnant...I would keep HGH(IGF) to min when over eating :druggie:

I've done 5 pounds a day, right now eating very little I do about 3 pounds of chicken a day. If it weren't for whey protein 3 pounds would be a bit on the low side for me.

I do very little red meat, thats like a cheat for me.

well what you do is you boil your meat and then it's becomes very soft to consume it through out the day. Have you ever tried eating whole cow tongue? i didn't even drop a sweat eating it because it was so soft and delicious
