Ok so I'm wanting to avoid jabbing the legs as much as possible, rotating between shoulders,glutes when I start the cycle,But my guy has said today if I Wana jab shoulders I need to do a jab in both shoulders of the same dosage so I'm not unbalanced when it comes to training in the gym n doing shoulders. (TEST E ONLY CYCLE)
For example
Test E - 250mg right shoulder/250mg left shoulder twice a week putting 1g of test in my body a week.
This is my first cycle. Can anyone give me some advice on this as I intended on 500mg/week split in two, is this true regarding shoulders?
