Shoulders Anything and everything!!!!!

All right guys i'm looking for some new shoulder workouts so give me everything and anything the kind of weights i have to work with are Dumb bells barbells a universal and roman chair that you can do dips with and a precher curl, and some other stuff anyways just give me all your ideas.

yep that pretty much covers it
becnhign will really hit the delts hard provided you are using heavy weight..

throw in a touch of delt wokr on top of benching (preferably the same day) and youll see them grow
