GIGGITY GIGGITY!
Ok, i go to the gym every wednsday, friday, and sunday. Ive tried the 5x5 workout and decided to do heavier weights at a 4x4. I have only gained 5 solid pounds in the last 2months.
Im 19yrs. 6'4'' and vary from 188-192. I have almost no bodyfat.
WORKOUT

Wendsday - bicep / tricep / abs
Friday - back / shoulders
Sunday - chest / legs / abs
NUTRITION

Im hyperglocemic so i have trouble keeping my blood sugar level from going through the roof. I eat everything solid, no junk food. My metabolism is super fast because of the hyperglocemia and so i can eat a 3 plates at a hometown buffet and then be moderately starving 2 hours later. So I generally eat very large meals every 2-3hours each day. Generally on workout days i eat a footlong subway sub packed full of greens 30minutes prior to workout then I cook a double cheeseburger with all the good stuff on top afterwards. I also take 20g of protien w/ creatine preworkout and then 60grams of protien before i go to sleep postworkout.
So what im wondering is, would there be anything wrong that im doing in general to inhibit my growth? Is there something else I should be taking? And because im hyperglocemic is there anything that can be effecting my recovery/gains? If you know please tell me before i go to my doctor and spend money for him to tell me if he even knows.
