simple Q

ok i am running a TCD style program right now, how ever i have a crazy, yet i am sure, simple question.

when should i wt and measure my self?
on a day i am fully carbed up?

or on a day i am completely in a keto status?

i am pretty confident it would be the day i am carb depleted, but not 100% sure.

why does it matter as long as its the same day each week......

I would just get up every sunday morning before eating and weigh yourself.

i guess really i was just thinking of which diet day would would be best as far as "actual" wt/BF loss goes. but you have a point of just picking a day and using it as a ref point every week or 2 weeks.
