Simple Simple Bulk?

i was thinking about doing this simple bulk i changed a few things around but trying to find good alternate meals that meet my reqirements. please help i never make enything good for my carb meals? and im sick of eating beef and chicken every other meal. just eny good meal ideas will help. this is going to be a bulk bulk bulk bulk diet
Meal One
8 eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Scoop whey Protein
1.5 Cups Ground Oatmeal

Meal Two
12oz Lean Ground Beef
75 to 80g of carbs (brown rice, oats, potatoes)
veggies
Meal Three
6-8oz chicken breast
75 to 80g of carbs (brown rice, oats, potatoes)
veggies
Meal Four
good source of protein something different
75 to 80g of carbs (brown rice, oats, potatoes)
veggies
Meal Five
12oz Lean Ground Beef
some mixed nuts
veggies

Meal Six
1 Cup Pasteurized Liquid Egg Whites
1 Scoop whey Protein



pwo will consist of a gatorade and 50-60g whey
 
dude youve been starting bulking diet threads since this time in 2005. have you not gotten this down yet?

you obviously know what food sources to be using. If you want to "bulk bulk bulk", then eat enough of them to gain weight, and workout every now and then. use some common sense.

you "never make anything good for your carb meals"? eat some cereal, ice cream, cookies, whatever. you dont have to eat like a damn robot.

i know this the dogma of the BBing world, but the "every 2-3 hour rule" is complete and utter nonsense and is the reason all these goons are eating 7 meals a day and complicating their lives for absolutely no reason.

just get the calories in. I doubt youll be able to get the cals in 1 or 2 meals, 3-4 is probably more realistic, and perfectly fine.

I agre with you good advice..

I was always a thin guy and always trying to put on waight and the advice i would get from whichever BB type person that is in my life at that time all tell me the same thing Eat Burger King every day wopper Big Mack Pizza Subs and you will Bulk. Also a friend told me which I have said before on this board was if you want to Bulk up Do not Run when you can walk and Don't stand when you can sit and so on. Get it BiggggDogggg
