this post doesnt make sence because if your skinny then your not ready for AAS........IMO

Just thought this was a great read with a medical research backing. It is a good article on how to get the proper protien and nutrition to put on weight. I understand that the AAS would come after the weight gain for a skinny dude......IMO....Then again my skinny friend at 160 pds (a rock solid 160) put on 25 pounds of lean muscle mass following these guide lines and adding AAS....For his weight class that is a good gain for a skinny dude.....IMO

How long did it take your "friend" to add sixteen percent (of muscle!) to his bodyweight? Color me skeptical.

he did a cycle for a year? or he did it off and on for a year? had multiple cycles within the year? If he juiced for a year straight........ god damn hope he recovers from that. I know a guy who shakes all the damn time from 10 years of on and off gear usage. He heard I was lookin for some and told me all the permanent problems it has caused him. Now I don't know if he ran post cycle therapy (pct) after cycles or not. I'm sure he did, he's a recruiter been into body building years. I used to see him on forums like this all the time, so i'm sure he was educated on post cycle therapy (pct) and shit, but i guess you can only play with your hormones soo many times before they get confused and not recover. So I'd think. That's why I'm going to wait until I get the weight and then run a cycle. I want to run a cycle when it's going to benefit me the most, so i'm not going to look at myself a month after my 1st cycle and say "shit, I'm ordering some more gear" I'm sure that just becomes a routine for some people. I don't want to get into the habit of grabbing gear to do what just not being lazy and eating right and going to the gym will do for me. I'll get that then if I'm not satisfied I'll run a cycle. And I basically just want to do that to see how much I gain off it, and see how much of it I can keep after cycle.

Awesome approach 501 sounds like you are doing your research and homework. I wish you the best of luck. With that way of thinking you will surely reach your goal.
