Can I assume you meant to ask how to make a sled? If so, here's a basically free one. Go to any tire shop. Ask if you can have an old, used tire. It costs them money to dispose of them, so I'm sure they'll let you have one.
Wrap a chain or rope around it so that you can attach it to your waist. Add some plates. Drag it. Free sled.
i basically found a solid piece of steel which i cut myself with a torch
i then had it alip bent into the front of it an drilled a hole in the midle to attach my rope to pull.. i then cut an old bar i had (stadard size since i had standard plates at home) to about 10" and then i welded it in the center..voila my sled cost me nothing lol
check junk yards for the steel..doesnt matter if its too big this way you can cut it or take it to a machine shop and have the work done for you for about 50 bucks
