Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with numbness in my left leg and left arm, then suddenly I have shortness of breath and a choking sensation with insane pounding in my heart that I feel it in my throat.I have been off gear for more than two years now and am afraid to start again before I get this thing sorted out. Could this be sleep apnea??
