I'm 6'3" 230lbs and in good athletic shape (just finished playing college sports) I don't care as much to cut down in weight as to gain more muscle and get some more cut up abs \ muscles. I work out regularly and do 30+ min of cardio 3-4 times a week, diet is alright.
What supplements can help me achieve a more 'cut up' body paried with a good diet, and fairly aggressive weight training\ cardio program? i've heard things about winybol (sp) mthyl 1-d or Tren, are things like that good options if taken appropriately? i've stuck to protein\creatine\zma for most of my college career when i was simply trying to bulk up (got up to 260 for football) nows its a different story...any advice would help, thanks in advance.
