Slin Diet

Hey all, although I am a new user on this site I have 5 anabolic cycles under my belt and I am well informed about most anabolics. I have been researching a new route lately that involves insulin. It seems people have very strong mixed feelings about this drug. I have decided to give it a try but refuse to do so until I am completely confident that I know how to run insulin safely. I am 75 inches and 240 lbs. The Insulin sitting in my fridge is Humalog. What my question is what type of post workout diet (ie. post insulin injection diet) is best suited to encourage gains in lean mass.
i know:
no fats for 3 hours after injection
carbs and nutrients (how many carbs? Dont carbs turn to fat anyway?)
and that is about it.

Any positive help would be wonderful. I HAVE looked in the search for an example diet but have been unsuccessful. Thanks ahead of time.

Well, for a beginner using humalog id do things like this:

At injection time, shoot IM. The rumors of unpredictable peaks and "too fast" spikes are false. This will be t=0 min

t=0 min - 10g dextrose/IU slin. If you shoot 10IU log, ingest 100g dextrose
t=15 min - 80g whey, preferably isolate or hydrolyzed but concentrate aint bad, it just seems to bloat me up too much and hurt me later.
t=60 min - 1/3lb (150g) chicken cutlets or any very lean meat.
NOTE: At this time its your choice to eat carbs or not to. Everyone is different and you may not need carbs at this point. If you aim is to carb load, then its not even an option but if you're using humalog for what its meant to do best (replenish glycogen stores as quick as possible) carbs aren't needed. That is, they arent needed unless you feel hypo. This takes so time to get used to so Id recommend maybe a good size serving of oats at t=60 min as well. You can cut this carb meal back until you find your sweet spot. Because, any "overspill" of carbs at this point of your slins activity will just lead to fat gain.

t=120 min - At this time I usually ate a satisfying meal, but still kept fat to a minimum and carbs low or moderate depending on the day. Go for lean meat and complex carbs again.

After that, continue on with your diet plan for the day. It isnt rocket science, but timing is a little more crucial when slin is involved. The carbs @ t=0 are high remember. 6g dextrose/IU humalog is more close to my sweet spot, and many others I know as well.
