Slow improvement

I train for about 8 months.. Chest training twice a week.. But my chest is about flat. Until now only 37" .. How to improve this condition. Use deca and sustanon will make this better??? Other part show a large improvement accept chest neither thick nor shape.. Make me headache about it.. Hope to seek for help
 
Monday- chest Tuesday-back wednesday - shoulder Thursday leg friday- chest. Everything get bigger.. My size depend on shoulder n back.. Weight- 154 lbs
 
I eat 6 times a day.. But chest juz nothing.. No shape and thickness at all.. Is it related to hormone?? I focus food on protein like chicken fish
 
Are you eating 300 grams of protein a day? If not that is why your not growing. You need 2 grams a day for every pound of body mass.

Hormones are not the issue. how old are you?
 
Is it 300g o not I don know morning I got breast meat ANC brown rice .. Den eggs and soya .. Den meat n brown rice . Den protein .. Durin traning I use amino acid n after train i use protein again . Last I eat meat o fish.. I oso take multi vitamin .. But till now I haven took any steroid
