Small bump behind left nipple. Question

Hey guys, On week 5 of cycle test only 500 mg week.
taking .25 Arimidex EOD
and 250 iu HCG twice weekly.

first proper cycle, previous cycles were years ago.

229 lbs
5'10
25 yrs old

Had pre bloods, ran them by some of the more knowledgeable guys on the forum and they said it looked fine. also ran it by my doctor she said the same. Having second bloods done on the 13th

So this morning I noticed a very very small lump forming behind my left nip. its so small that sometimes I have a hard time loacating it. its roughly HALF the size of a pea, if that. I'm always feeling around my nips, testis and other areas looking for shit that might get me.

nips aren't puffy and theres no pain or sensitivity. I felt like I should ask anyways so that I could have the preemptive strike on anything before it sneaks up. Recommendations?

I was considering one of the following.

take AI every day instead of EOD at .25

or

take .5 eod instead of .25

I don't have letrozole. Just arimidex nolva and clomid

Read up on letro it has worked for so many you can pick it up n having it In a few days. Follow the protocol to reverse the gyno then just go back to your normal adex schedule with a slightly higher dose. Next run try aromasin imo it's works better than adex but everyone is different.
