Alright guys I'm back been contemplating if I was going to log or start a thread and decided I just missed you guys so fucking much I had to do it! :hahano: Anyways I will get more detailed with it when I have some more time but I will try my best to give you all a decent outlook on what I'm doing.

STATS
25 Years old
5' 9"
186 lbs
15 % BF (I will get a more accurate reading soon)
*pre blood's were done just working on getting those results in my hand

CYCLE OVERVIEW
Weeks 1-10 Test E 500 mg EW (250mg Mon-Thurs)
Weeks 1-12 Adex .5 mg EOD (hard to split into quarters so decided that will have to do)

PCT
Weeks 12-16 Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
*have extra Nolva on hand if needed

Previous cycle: test e 10 weeks, dbol for kickstart, same pct and ancillaries

I have been training since I was 18 but have had to change up goals multiple times due to my career.

Going to follow the 14 week program "Project Mass" by Dr.Jacob Wilson mostly for the routine but will definitely be adding to the diet as time progresses.

DIET
Meal 1 (0900)
4-6 egg whites with 2 whole eggs;1 serving Cream of Wheat cereal;1 banana;525 calories, 38 g protein, 59 g carbs, 15 g fat
Hardgainer Tip: Substitute 16 ounces of low-fat milk for water in prepping the Cream of Wheat. This adds another 16 grams of protein, 24 grams of carbohydrate and 4 grams of fat.

Meal 2 (1100)
6-9 oz. extra-lean ground beef; 2 cups pasta;4 cup broccoli;700 calories, 60 g protein, 83 g carbs, 13 g fat
Hardgainer Tip: Choose lean, not extra-lean, beef around 10%-15% fat as opposed to under 10%). The extra fat and calories spare the burning of glycogen and protein for greater growth.

Meal 3 (1300)
1 chicken breast 9 oz.;1 yam;1 cup peas, corn and carrots;603 calories, 69 g protein, 61 g carbs, 7 g fat;
Hardgainer Tip: Add a tall glass of low-fat milk and saute the chicken in extra-virgin olive oil for additional protein and essential fats that help growth.

Meal 4 (1500)
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese;4 slices rye toast with 2 Tbsp. grape jam;532 calories, 35 g protein, 89 g carbs, 4 g fat.;
Hardgainer Tip: Include extra jam to guard against the depletion of glycogen.

Meal 5 (1700)
Whey-protein shake (two scoops mixed with water);1 cup rice with 4 Tbsp. raisins;549 calories, 45 g protein, 91 g carbs, 2 g fat
Hardgainer Tip: Bump the rice serving to 1 1/2 cups for more simple carbs.

Meal 6 (1900)
Turkey sandwich with;2 slices whole-grain bread;2-3 slices fat-free cheese;3-4 slices deli turkey breast; Mustard and fat-free mayo;316 calories, 36 g protein, 34 g carbs, 4 g fat;
Hardgainer Tip: Add a glass of low-fat milk and a piece of fruit if you have a speedier-than-average metabolism.

....as you can see this is a very BASIC cycle which is what I like and should add in that I did my 3rd pin today so already jumped on this train! Would love some feedback especially on the diet and can't wait to get back in touch with the "bros". Damn it feels good to be back!

Take your ai e3d if you can't split it. Also run it up to pct. Why only ten weeks? Why only nolva for pct? Get some toremiphene if u only want to run a single serm for pct.
 
Shit good eye...i am running it up until Pct and I'm running the PCT with Nolva only bc it worked very well for me in the past so i figured why fix what's not broke but i will look into the toremiphene thanks for the advice. Also 10 weeks due to my career which unfortunately I'm not going to discuss that on here but there are reasons. I was looking into that about the adex e3d at .5mg and seemed like half the people were saying EOD and half E3D but if you think E3D will be better then I'll look further into it.

Going to split the adex E3D... today is push day going to look something like this:

5x4's 3 min rest b/t each set
BB Bench
BB Incline bench
Overhead Press
Close Grip Bench
Ab work
 
Alright so far so good on the cycle had some fucking horrible pip after my first quad injection but it's all good now and been hitting the gym 3 days on and 1 day off. Gona go hit the gym now actually and will post updates on the workout
 
It wasn't off to the side enough i've pinned quads before with no problem but has been a while, delt pin went great 2 days after the injection was some pain like a dead arm but nothing too bad since that was my first time using my delt
 
Crushed legs today hell of a workout and starting to sweat like a mother fucker in the gym , strength is going up a bit and starting to feel pretty good , libido way up as well. Noticed that my left nip has a small lump above it and it felt a little itchy today while working out so i think I am going to go back to .5mg of arimidex EOD and see how that helps. Any other advice would be appreciated I have been looking at Raloxifene and also letro. Just worried about running letro and dropping estrogen way too low. As of now i don't feel any sensitivity and it doesn't itch just that small bump above the nipple and a little puffy hopefully the adex will help at .5 EOD***8230;I'll keep this updated and again advice from the vets will be appreciated.

Again with the Raloxifene what do you guys think? Trying to get rid of this puffy nip look and the small lump i feel just above the left nip, my nip doesn't itch anymore it felt like it was during last workout but since then nothing. Was going to order the Raloxifene today if I can get some green lights.
 
I have it on the way should be here tomm. also i have never had a problem like this before running the same shit even running test e with dbol for kickstart the first 4 weeks***8230;got the adex b.c that worked well in the past
 
So I am going to be running the adex the same .5 e3d and going to be taking raloxifine throughout the cycle or until the problem is solved. Plan on running 120 mg the first week of raloxifine then 60 mg throughout . Heard this stuff works very well so I will def. let you guys know how it goes. I am starting to notice some size difference and my strength is going up , already good signs at end of week 3. Unfortunately I am feeling sick with common cold type symptoms hopefully i kick it here soon but either way I'm not missing leg day today.
 
Strength is definitely increasing starting to sweat like a mother fucker in the gym and have been sweating in my sleep a little bit. I really like the quality of this test and expect to see some awesome gains from this cycle.
 
So far the raloxifine has been working great i def can tell that it's working and have noticed some positive change already. As for strength I have been going up gradually , trying to limit how fast I increase my weights so I don't put too much stress on my tendons and create an injury. Already done that and not going down that road again. I will step up my diet and start adding more calories at the beginning of next week. Stats to come..
 
^GP .. My weight is up to 189 which is pretty good progress so far these first few weeks waiting for the test to kick in. Also my diet is pretty clean so not a lot of fat in there except for my cheat meal on the weekends. Strength is starting to go way up and I'm starting to look fucking great, everyone keeps asking me what I'm taking I just keep saying creatine and FOOD Lots of it! ;) The gyno has gotten so small it is hardly noticeable and the puffy look in the nips has started to go down enough for me to notice at least which is a huge plus in my book***8230;raloxifine is no joke! I am going to finish off the first week with 60 mg a day and then continue to take 30 mg throughout until I feel satisfied with the results. Killed it in the gym today and safe to say the test has kicked in my libido is through the roof and I am having to control myself in the gym not to push to heavy too fast so I don't get an injury. Monday will mark the beginning of week 5!
