I have done the 12 week squat program natty and it increased my squat max 45lbs (from 325 to 370). I know results differ a great deal depending on your build and size and I'm fairly small (5'8 160lbs). I was just curious has anyone done the full program while on cycle specifically just with test. Would love to hear some results in terms of max squat and your own body weight from start to finish.
