snack or not

Hi guys,

i would have some informations about the snacks im taking twice a day (milkshakes)

500ml of concentrated milk
30gr whey protein isolate
3 to 5 eggs
1 banana
50gr peanut butter

im drinking the first one right after the gym around 10am and the second one just before bed 11pm.

so i would know if it's ok to take this king of food just before bed?

stats:
30y old
75kg
12%bf

goal:
gain as much weight as possible.

looks like a solid weight gainer, and better than most of the pre made crap out on the market. might want to add some oats if you're going to blend it, give you some good long lasting carbs.
 
You need a slow digesting protein before bed, cottage cheese, casein, steak, someghing like that, just replace the isolate with casein before bed

i was thinking about adding some rice in it. im having some troubles digesting oats :( would it be ok?


can i keep the whey and add casein so i would have fast and slow digesting protein?
