I did post the macro break down in another thread.

Out of respect for 3J and his business here, I will not list out my meals for public consumption (nice pun, huh?).

Why though? It's your diet and you get the credit for it.

Nothing against 3J but this is a discussion forum to build knowledge right?
 
I was just curious because one...I have to eat a little nasty to get to my 3,000 goals. I count every calorie...measure every thing...eat clean...and still come up short of 3,000....so I have to down some peanut butter.

So I was curious how the heck he got to 3,000 eating apples and chicken in 5 meals a day when I have to do it 6-7 and eat peanut butter and pasta.

It's all good. He doesn't have to tell anyone his food intake breakdown.

Cash...are you eating at maintnance? or do you have specific goals with your diet?

Maintenance right now for about 2 more months.

My body fat is current 8.4% measured in a DEXA a week ago today.

I weight 184.4 pounds.

I typically have a diet phase that lasts 3 months and a Maintenance phase that typically last 9 months.

When I diet, I take my body fat down to the 6-6.5% range and keep it there for 3 months.

In maintenance I take it up to about 8.5% and keep it there for 9 months.
