So I got my hands on Cashout's diet

In my diet phase, so about once every 9 months, the oatmeal is swapped for sweet potatoes and two of the chicken meals are replaced with whole turkey breast.

That is done mostly to accommodate my reduction in calories from around 3000 and 250 g pro /350 g carb baseline for maintenance to a 2-low-1-high(er) rotation of 2450, 2450, 2800 cals. The protein stays pretty stable at 250+ grams but the carbs are cut by about 125 grams on low days and 50 grams on the high(er) day.

I use a rotational schema for dieting to preclude equilibrium in my metabolism.

I hope that makes sense - it dosen't read well...

actually it does. im following you..

well done.. it takes a level of dedication to eat the same thing like that for a long time..

i usually give my clients at least 3-4 protein sources a day so they dont get tired of eating the same shit.. and obviously for reasons i stated earlier..

each person is different so im not to be judgmental.. what works for you may not work for another..

keep it up man.. your looking good!

I have no problem eating unseasoned baked Chicken and unflavored brown rice. I do it every day...the only other meat I add is turkey to my eggs like Mrs. P suggested and BOY does that hit the spot.
