I see a lot of people in the steroid section talking about doing cutting cycles since it is still summer, how about posting up your diets for all to see, since in all reality it is your DIET that makes your cycle a cutter.

Let's see em guys

I'll probably get flammed for this diet; I don't even like it, but it seems to be working for me and I'm avoiding my usual craving to eat like mad.

-I'm on HRT: no AAS.
-All shakes are 2 scoops of whey protein in water
-I drink lots of water. ~2 gallons/day.

Breakfast: 3 egg omlette with meat and cheese
Midmorning snack 1: shake
Midmorning snack 2: shake
Lunch: McDonald's side salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing + shake
afternoon snack 1: shake
afternoon snack 2: shake ... might also stop my McDonald's and get a double cheeseburder, plain and without the bun.
5:30pm: Lots of meat. Like 2 bunless cheeseburgers, or a pound of pork loin, or several chicken breasts. Usually I have a salad as well.
7-9pm: I'm at home and I tend to snack at home But I only snack on meat, nuts, cheese...that kind of thing.

and actually, even though I've avoided beer for the past several months, I'll often have a low carb beer in the evening. Minimal calories and surprisingly satisfying.

Yes, this is a really bad diet. The only positive point to make is that it has lots of protein and it seems to be working. I'm carrying less water, of course, but I'm also loosing fat.

I need to work on the cardio thing.

Here is mine, i'm trying to drop some fat before heading home from Iraq. I spent the first 6 months eating A LOT of high quality food, and lifting hard trying to gain some mass. I'm a hard gainer, even harder keeping it on, so its tough putting on quality mass. I started this diet at 236 and am now down to 228. I attribute most of the weight lose to cardio which i wasn't doing before. Current BF% around 14%
My current routine is lifting 3 days a week, and cardio 3 days a week.

1st meal is at midnight
chicken/turkey/ or 2 hamburger patties
green veggie
salad with about 1/2 cup of diced chicken on top

2nd Meal (around 2:30am)this is usually post workout
i'll grab chicken, turkey or beef patties at midnight chow and put it in a tupperwear dish. Plus 1 cup of rice and a protein shake

3rd Meal (around 5am)
protein shake x 1.5 servings

4th meal (7am)
6 egg white w/ cheese scrambled
cottage cheese
oatmeal plain w/raisins

5th around 1030am
protein shake

6th around noon
whatever looks good
chicken/stir fry/beef
green veggies

asleep by 1pm
i'll drink a shake once when I wake up

My biggest concern is losing mass while trying to lose the belly fat. I do hope to get the fat down around 10% so the abs are flat.
I'm looking forward to doing my first Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle once I get back to the states in January, which will be a test only cycle.

here is my daily meal planner so far its helped me drop 13%bf in just eight weeks
it is a hard diet with virtually no simple carbs .......

meal 1 2 scoops whey in water /105 g oatmeal cooked
meal 2 2 scoops whey / 80 g of rice cakes spread with vegemite (australian )
meal 3 185 g of tuna and 215g brown rice
meal 4 2 scoops whey
meal 5 chicken breast 165g with green vegetables or salad greens
meal 6 chicken breast 165g or 2 scoops of whey

subsitutes meal 3 tuna /chicken or steak
meal 5/6 chicken for grilled fish

i drink as much water as i can 1-2 gallons a day and will have a cheat day once a week even then i will rarely eat empty calories this is a hard diet to follow for long periods of time .............basically the first 3 meals are 45g pro 60 g carbs the last 3 are 45g pro this diet is for someone 220lbs in weight who wants to cut to 189 -200lbs
in twelve weeks without the need 4 eca stacks clen or t3.....
you can eat as much green vegetables as you want.................

Good idea for a thread.

I hate the fact that noone ever talks about their diet (calories, macronutrient ratios, timing, etc.) when they talk about their cutting cycles. Everyone is always so quick to point out that it's the diet that makes a cycle a cutter/bulker, yet noone ever talks about it for some reason. :scratchhe

I always eat the same kinda foodsbut when im toning up, just less of em.

Simple cutting AASs BTW:Sostenon and Winstrol.

You could probably get away with (and benefit from) adding a little complex carbs to your ppwo meal and Id definatly want some at ur 5:30 meal, maybe save the flaxseed till a later pro/fat meal?

Douge,,, pwo i have half a cup of carbogain,,, 100% complex (or so it says) carbs. thats 46g's worth of complex... then another 46g of dextrose... thats the simple.

oh wiat!!! ,,, "ppwo"... is that refering to my burger meal? ... what would be suggested ? .. a sweet pot. ? maybe some brown rice? ... things like that? ... if thats what your suggesting... will do ! ... i used to do that but i'm currently trying REALLY hard to cut.... but if you think thats ok to add,,, i will.

Oh well depending on how hard you think you need to cut, it might be overkill to add carbs there. I know that if I dont have carbs there Im a walking zombie, and many times I go a little hypoglycemic and get dizzy, cold sweats, the works.

ok ,, then i will most likely just keep going the way i am till i see results ,,, and i have been able to get my ass up at 4:30 am for a 30 min cardio for about a week now ,, wish me luck.... its either going to be dedication and perseverance,,, or suicide...
