My blood pressure has been so high that I'm having pain in my left hand. I'm on heart attack watch. I'm not kidding I've been on meds and it's not getting better.

So I guess I better share a few things. I've had a swollen hand for few days. I have increased my BP meds and it is still not going away. It dawned on me today that it might be signs of a heart attack on the way. I sure hope not I will keep you posted. I haven't been on cycle for years.

Does your Dr have you on baby asprin? I would keep a bottle of asprin very close to me at all times. if you feel short of breath

take one and call am ambulance!!!
 
Now that I think about it I have heard that if your left arm hurts then you could be having an attack I would go into the emergency room right now!!!!!!!!!!!!! Left hand left arm I wouldn't fuck around!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not messing around. The emergency room will just do and ekg and check my bp. I will keep you posted. I'm not having shooting pains if I did. I would be at the hospital.

I hope all goes well brother. It's always better to be cautious then be to late. You know your body and I hope you pull through.

Once again I have heard if your are having pain on your left side it is one of the indicators that you could be having an attack! Call the hospital tell them you are on meds and and you are having pain in your left hand and I bet money they will have you come in$$$
 
No problem brother and that Bp isn't too bad. You should check in the a.m. Before you take your meds. Update us man this is a scary issue.
 
left hand hurting is usualy a heart attack small maybe big.
i would tell doc about that ASAP!
but i wish you luck man!!

If your doc doesnt have you on it yet, you need to be on clonidine.

Are you on an ACE inhibitor?

How about ARB's ?
 
I have a buddy that walks around @ 35 years old with way over your BP numbers, genetically high BP. I really worry for him, hope your numbers stay down!!
 
I don't know. I could have done something to it and not known. It feel like the carpal tunnel I used to get when I was 20 pounds bigger and on cycle. I'm only 38. I didn't realize i had bp issues for a year or so after I came off. I just didn't pay attention to the symptoms. I was to busy living life. This hand thing has been going on for 4 days now.

But really, that b p is not that high.
I wouldn't be worried about a heart attack unless your arteries are clogged and surely there not at your age. Also if you're on here I'm sure you're not eating greasy bacon and fries everyday. I'm would expect you would take half decent care of yourself.

Did you start any meds recently including new steroids, orals possibly? Either way def keep a close eye on it, When I used to do ECA stacks I used to keep a portable wrist monitor to measure my bp, pulse, irregular beats etc and they are fairly cheap. Best of luck man hope you get better.
 
left side pain is an indicator of a blockage in coronary artery .....man u need to get urself to a doc...who wud ask u to get an angiography done... dnt keep on experimenting wid meds .... belive me ur not doin urself gud by not goin to a doc..
