So my friend is on TRT and he needs help

so my friend used AAS at the age of 19 and now he is on TRT,( he is married and all) , idk how he got there, i think he did do his PCT as he has knowledge about it too but now he is worried about being not able to have kids due to TRT,can he have kids or not? If not while on TRT, 0is there anyway or is going to have to adopt kids ,

Many guys on TRT have fathered children. Taking HCG can help too. Putting some spern in the bank would be a good idea too just in case.

I am just wondering, since while on TRT, our body doesn't naturally produce sperm cells right? and on TRT there is some other way, is there any case of genetic disorder's due to this, i don't have any knowledge so don't judge me by my stupid question.

Ive been on TRT for almost a year now. My wife is 3 months prego. Hcg at 300iu twice a week does the trick
