tell them PB lead follow or get out of the way :D

seriously, of all the meets i been too and friends that i have who compete i have only seen or know of 4 injuries. pulled ham, broke thumb, broke wrist and a knee injury. you figure that into the thousands of lifts i ahve seen and the % is small. all of the injuries shown in this clip, and i know most of those guys, all have come back to compete. some in the same meet.

powerlifting is a different game. you need a couple of looose screws to compete, but the rewards are endless.

i know the guy who knocked his self out. i asked him why he did it and he said he was mad because he missed the lift. he does not remeber any of it. lolololololool thats the funniest thing i have ever seen besides most extreme elimination and wild boys. dumbass. lololololol heheheheheheheehe lololololol damn thats funny. but we learn by our mistakes and he may have learned his lesson. =0)

Is it just me, or did that guy who dropped the weight on himself while benching have like 200lbs on the bar and one of those insizer tshirt things on. That would be like benching 160 normally right?

it was not much weight. he was a litlle fellow. i think they were kilo plates anyways.

you know everyone thinks cause you got a shirt on that you can automatically bench more. wrong! if you cant lockout 200lbs then you cant bench it in a shirt.

comprende' amigo?

Never worn one, don't really know except what people tell me. I'll take your word for it though. I just hear people say it adds about 40lbs on average. I want to try one, but don't really want to pay for it till I know how it works for me because they are kinda expensive.

if you are not a competeive powerkifter you dont need one. it would be like me wanting to drive a nascar around town. sides with the shirts, and there are several different styles and materials, you need at least three spotters and someone to show you how to wear it, lift in it and keep from crushing you larinx.

ive been trying for over a year to get used to my denim shirt and i still cant bench as much in it as my poly . im going to decide this summer whether to give up and order a new poly or keep trying with the denim .there both open back shirts and single ply [ yeah i know im over due for double ply but it hasnt been in the budget ] whatever i decide to go with im stepping up to the dbl ply
