Sodium and ECA'S

I am 36; 5'7"; 182lbs; 10-12%bf. I am fixxing to do a first time Heavy Dieting/Cutting cycle and had a few questions for some of you pros. I am going to do QV Tren @ 75mg EOD, and QV Winstrol (winny) @ 50mg EOD for 6 weeks. I have done 4 Bulking Cycles before.
I was wanting to know how much "sodium" intake is recommended. As far as ECA'S; What is the recommended mg intake for each of these and also when and how many times per day should one take them?

A= also for the asprin; what brand is recommended??
Could anyone make some suggestions on anything else to take with these as far as supplements; and as far as calorie intake what do you suggest for me and at what %'s for pro/carb/fats. I am pretty mucular and lean all over but hold most of my fat in the mid-section as most guys do. Many Thanks In Advance!!!

I don't take the aspirin when I do the ephedrine stack. I myself do ephedrine, caffeine on it's own or I sometimes add the yohimbine to the stack as well.
In terms of diet, why don't you post us a sample of what you are taking in on a daily basis and we will work from there. :)

Again I want to cut up and hopefully stay around 180lbs: Now I am 5'6"1/2 @ 184lbs.
These will be : protein/carbs/fats: so you know how I'm thinking??

meal # 1: Protein mix w/water: 52/4/2; ( 260 cals )
Udo's oil: 1 tbsp: 14.5 fats; ( 125 cals)

meal # 2: 1- 6oz chicken breast: 34.5/1.5/2.5 ( 170 cals )
3 1/2 cups mixed veggies ( no salt added) : 7/28/0 ( 140 cals)
(1) EC Stack

meal #3: 1 can- 6 oz- (low sodium ) Tuna: 35/0/1.5 ( 150 cals)
1/2 cup serving oatmeal: 5/28/3 ( 150 cals )

meal #4 : 1- 6oz chicken breast: 34.5/1.5/2.5 ( 170 cals )
1- cup mixed veggies : 4/16/0 ( 80 cals )
1 tbsp- Udo's oil : 14.5 fats (125 cals )
GYM: Heavy Weights (1hr-20min) ab routine(20min) carido(20min)
1- EC Stack .

meal #5 : Post-Workout Shake: 52/44/2 ( 420 cals)

meal #6 : 6oz Chicken Breast:34/2/2.5 (170 cals)
13 1/2 cups mixed veggies: no salt added: 7/28/0 ( 140 cals )

meal #7:bedtime: 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese:13/5/1 (80 cals)
4-tbsp peanut butter: 8/6/17 ( 190 cals) would Udo's be good here??

Totals: 288 proteins/ 164 carbs/ 63 fats/ 2290 cals

In the night meals I will Substitute Turkey Burgers/Fish/ Lean Steak as I will have more time to prepare these.

Water: 1- 24oz bottle with every meal: 2- 32oz bottles at the gym; and 1 24oz bottle before bed: I also drink atleast 2 more 24oz bottles during the day. Usually at least 1 1/2 gallons of water a day. I never drink any kind of soda's; diet or otherwise, and have not in over 10 years. I do like a glass or two of iced tea sometimes when i go out to eat, only with lemon, never any sweetner/sugar. sometimes during really hot days that i've been out all day I'll have a big Gatorade. Question?? Can it be bad that I have a low sodium intake and a high water intake??
 
for my eca stack i go with
25mg ephedrine hcl (vasopro)
200mg caffeine (no doz)
81mg asprine (low dose st. joseph)
