some advice on programs

hey guys just had a quick question on these two workout programs wondering which one might give me more gains obviously either will be good just looking for the upper hand. its between this program i found on steroid.com Anabolic Steroids Workout Guide at Steroid.com

and the m.a.s.s program from m&f which is basically a three day split with push, pull, legs features a full body using compound movments, they claim it's the best plan to stimulate hypertrophy. you use the same weight for 5 weeks every workout you increase 1 rep. you start at 8 and finish at 12. it looks like this
push:
bench
incline dumbell press
barbell overhead press
dips
upright rows
dumbell lat raise
skullcrushers dumbell ext.

pull:
bent over rows
dumbell rows
lat pulldows
barbell curls
dumbell curls
crunches
leg:
squats
leg presses
leg ext
stiff leg deads
lying leg curls
toe presses

now ive used this program before and had considerable gains but was on a cycle at the time ive already started another cycle and want to build on those gains further, which would be recomended for further improvment and gains?
