Ok when i was taking 200 mg test once a week about6 months ago my total estro was 70 and ultra sensitive e2 was 18

Now ive been on 150 mg twice a week and 500 iu hcg twice a week (been doing that all year tho) and i guess foc inly ordered total estrogen.

104 pg/ml

Range is less than 130

Been takin liguidex rui .4mg 3 times a week.

Any input? Is it too high?

Hard to tell estradiol is the one to worry about. I probably have my figures off a bit, but E2 is 10 times as potent as E1 and 80 times as potent as E3. I don't know how to convert Total Estrogen into the three types. Maybe someone else does.

Haven't heard from you in a while. How did adding Deca to your testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) work for your joints? What Deca protocol did you end up with for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? How's your prolactin while on Deca?

So if my total estrogen went up then does that mean e2 went up? Should i bump liq dex?
You answered your own question with your original post. 18pg/mL of E2 on a sensitive array is actually border-line low. I wouldn't bump up that adex at all. Never go by total estrogens, estrione and estriol are nothing near as nasty as estradiol and take a TON to have marked side effects. Granted, I'm not a doctor.

If anything I'd drop it down a hair. Try .3mg 3x a week or even .25mg imo.

While the 18 for e2 was when my total estro was 70. Total estro is 104 no no idea what e2 is

No idea if this works, but I bet you could calculate a ratio and apply it to the new Total E. I bet that would get you a close estimate.

18/70 = .257
.257 x 102 = 26.

Looks great! But again, there are many assumptions in that math.
