some nutrition ?

Hello I recently decided to not juice up untill iv'e gained alot more weight which i heard is actually needed for the gear to actually work. I'm almost 6'1 and weigh arouns 155, i try to eat everything i can an still seem to be gaining very little weight. Is there any quick cheap snacks i can make everyday that will bulk me up? I have alot of potatoes an try to eat one every night but there getting to plain can anyone help me with this? also i have very broad shoulders and a big chest and yet my arms still grow to a minimum. Im really trying to focus on my body an bulk up.

Im sure some knowledgeable member on nutrition will help you out, one potato seem's a little man, how's your diet other then potato's..
Cashews: (Per 1/4 cup (50mg) - Cal's 320/Fat 25g/Sodium 130mg/Carb's 14g/Fiber & Sugars 3/Protein 9, never heard about this until i read about it here.. Also check out the Sticky's on the Diet Forum

yes march 1st i will be 18, im always on the run so i dont cook that often wut r some cheap bulking items that our fast food?

Regular brown potato are actually very high on the GI and not a great night meal. One thing I find when I eat frequently and regularly (if I eat every 3 hours, dont let it get to 4+ hours) is I dont mind too much what food tastes like, I just do it as habit.

But there is something to be said for variety, and learning how to cook (spice things up a bit). Toppings and spices help add variety, and even food preperation (cubed versus diced, whatever).
